This research has an objective to critically investigate the development of de collaborative work and the creative chain in the process of continuous formation of four pedagogical coordinators, done by a Principal/Researcher. Especifically it describes the context of interaction the coordinators and formation meetings; it tells the theoretical bases that involve the decisions taken and action presented by them; confront the Principal/Researcher’s concepts of formation and participants considering the action and decision taken; it proposes new paths in the process. The context of the research is a Educational group, from a private school chain based in São Paulo, maintaining of four different branches, based in North, South and East zones and offers educational services for babies and children aged from four months up to ten years old. The study was guided in the concepts of Theory of Activity Social- Hystorical- Cultural, shown by the processes critic-collaborative coming from these relations (MAGALHÃES, 2012). The bases of this study also suggests the work constituted by the Creative Chain (LIBERALI, 2009, 2010), that means, by activities intentionally interconnected in the formative production of new practices in educational concepts. This investigation culminates with the desire of changing the practice, proposing the transformation of the concept, guided in the concept of formation thought from categories like Study, Graduate and Follow up (LIBERALI, 2009, 2010). The Principal/Researcher investigated the practice at the institutions cited and used as question: How the study of the Creative Chain concept contributed for the critic-collaborative construction of beginners coordinators from kindergarten and early years? The methodology used is the Critic of Collaboration Research (MAGALHÃES, 2012) and organizes itself by action like formation meetings, study of school’s documentation, proposition of statements and questionnaires of the participant coordinators to intervene in the concept all together. The data was produced through meetings, interviews and questionnaires semi structured, recorded audios, interpreted according the theories of continuous formation, that grounds the study. As results, this research contributes to analyze and comprehend the performance of the Principal/Researcher in the process of formation critic-collaborative from the pedagogical coordinators in the Creative Chain; it evaluated the relations lived between principal and coordinators during the process; and made possible to propose new paths for the process of formating beginners pedagogical coordinators |
