Resumo: This dissertation analyzes the feminization of poverty and its intersection with women's human rights from the perspective of Humanistic Capitalism. Initially, it addresses the historical deprivation of women's rights, resulting in the vulnerability of women in contemporary society. From there, it explores the assertion of women's human rights as a means of protection and guarantee of their dignity. At the heart of the research lies the problem of feminization of poverty, conceptualized and analyzed in its different dimensions. Gender issues such as female labor, domestic violence, and inequality in access to education emerge as determining factors in this process. The dissertation emphasizes the need to understand the economic dimension of human rights and the importance of ensuring women's access to emancipation and development as essential for social justice. Under the perspective of humanistic capitalism, the aim is to rebalance women's status in society, promoting their economic independence as an instrument of social justice. The necessary legal compensatory measures to ensure women's access to justice, protection of work, security, maternity, education, and retirement are discussed. In conclusion, the dissertation highlights the importance of a humanistic approach in addressing the feminization of poverty, aiming to guarantee women's human rights as an essential part of a just and equitable social system. Through theoretical-dogmatic research, studies of doctrinaires, jurisprudence, international agreements and conventions, and scientific articles are analyzed to theoretically substantiate the subject of women's and fundamental human rights and their ramifications. The research adopts a transdisciplinary approach, incorporating historical, sociological, statistical, and economic information to demonstrate the greater vulnerability of the indicated group and to counterpose it with the theoretical foundations of the analyzed legal principles and theories. In line with the perspective of humanistic capitalism, the dissertation proposes a critical analysis of the feminization of poverty and seeks to identify means of emancipation and development of women, in order to achieve social justice and full valorization of human dignity
