This research to purpose to make the problematic about the equity notion. The equity term relatively new in the psichology area. That include unknown and controversy arguments. The discusson about equity notion, also the migration of the term from Law area to the other knowledge area. Is developmented under a constructionism perspective. That research question includs themes like citzenship, inclusion, discrimination and prejudice and it is attached to the discussion about diversity. The investigation use as a study of case the handicapped persons inclusion in the companies emphatizing identity dimensio ns, cultures, socials, exactly, because it is yet a open and inexplored field, contrasting with gender and race that are learned enough. The equity term came to the Law area and goes to the Public Politics area and then goes to the undertaking area. The research was divided in two phases: the first is a profissional inclusion of the handicapped person in the companies, and the second phase is about the discussion of equity notion. The first phase consists in the enrolment in the companies about the employee profile that are already contracted under the law of the professional inclusion. Also it presents a employer interview and includs a study about jobs advertisements in newspaper of the large circulation. The second phase presents two interview: one with a delegate of the Regional Work Delegacy and another one with a ONG coordenator that works to handicapped persons inclusion. The discution and valutation of the equity notion represents a substantive advance in the way how to examinat social problems, the form with the legislation insert in the quotidian and in the pratice, checking neet of new search in the theme
