Resumo: |
This dissertation studies the crises of double representativeness-legitimacy in representative democracy, hastily determinated according to analysts, by the political and economic crises of the beginning of the 21st century, through it’s the movement of hight school students who took a stand against the project of school reorganization, proposed by the government of the state of São Paulo, in 2015. It shows how the institucional hierarchical and vertical political forces of the State attract and compose with the supposedly dissonant and horizontal forces of the movement, in the environment made possible and determined by a neoliberal rationality for the practice of activism. It accompanies the deleuzian and foucaultian analyses that problematize the possibilities created by collective agencies in a monitored control society for the production of knowledge and conduct regulations, acting in the production of safe and sustainable environments. They are modulations made possible by continuos monitoring technologies aimed at producing more penalties and preserving an environment conducive to the maintenance of government practice |
