Resumo: The present work starts from the relations between the process of personal and professional formation of the researcher and her direct and indirect action with learning groups. In this trajectory it is evident the management and development of groups as a daily challenge, and in this movement the dealings with the individual subject and the group subject (intersubjective). The core problem of this research considers intersubjectivity in a process of collective formation, where elements of the individual subject emerge intersubjectivity and intersubjectivity, considered by us, as a complex phenomenon. As a theoretical and methodological reference, it is based on the assumptions of Ivani Fazenda Interdisciplinarity, the Life History of Gaston Pineau and the Educational Intervention of Yves Lenoir. Interdisciplinarity is exercised from two points of orientation, as a theoretical contribution in the observation of the data collected, and methodological contribution in the development and structuring of the research, using the resource of the metaphor and the history of life. As a result, the importance of the development of the genuine dialogue in groups of learning that intend to develop palpable engagement is demonstrated, it also presents specific points capable of countering all the complexity of the triad: social, anthropological and psychological of the involved actors. Thus, we announce a way of observing and acting with a group from the point of view of Interdisciplinarity. This work announces the first step, a survey of data needed for deepening and consolidation in future research, an interdisciplinary methodology to develop high performance groups
