This study showed that despite the stigma attributed to old age, the elderly caregivers treat your patients with pleasure, patience, kindness and responsibility. These professionals have demonstrated no involvement in movements of struggle for regulation of the profession, and many admit they have extensive labor rights and consider the workday often assumed by category. They believe that the duty of the caregiver is to provide decent care, but had a big difficulty to explain their duties.
