Resumo: The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychosocial risks in the members of the Family Health Strategy teams. The study took place in Sorocaba, SP, in 14 teams of the Family Health Strategy. For this, the instrument Health Safety Executive Indicator Tool was applied together with a personal characterization questionnaire. From a total of 270 public employees, 126 among doctors, nurses, coordinators, nursing technicians, dentists, oral health assistants and health community agents replied the questionnaire and signed a consent form between May and July of 2022. The research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic when the population mobility and the activities of the basic units of the Family Health Strategy had been brought back to normality amongst political and economic matters. The psychosocial risk perception concerning a colleague and chief support was between 10 and 11,45%, and in relation to control 22,34%, changes and communications 17,64%, demands 20,76% and relationships 13,65%. Statistically was observed significance related to function in the items demands, temporary pauses, autonomy and respect of coworkers. The level risks analysis demonstrated to be high in the dimension control for the nursing technicians, and medium for nurses, in the dimension demands was median for both categories. Even so is important to take actions in order to improve the members welfare so that the public health care won’t be undermined
