Resumo: |
One of the great dilemmas of our society is to grow and distribute more equanimously the income. One of the solutions to this dilemma appears in the possibility of working on the development of the territorial unit closest to the citizens, the city or the neighborhood, in the specific case of this work the neighborhood of Casa Verde in São Paulo, the capital. For this, methods and practical experiences around the world were researched, which provided a theoretical and practical basis for the design of a common sustainable local development agenda. Such research evidenced the basic need to foster local society for civic engagement, an important item for the construction of a sustainable local development project. Such engagement presupposes that the demands of each group are discovered, discussed and shared, which can be facilitated by the use of information technologies. Our hypothesis is that, starting from this civic strengthening and a diagnosis of the installed productive chains, confronting the expectations of sectors of great growth predicted for the next decades, it is possible to build a development project for the territory. The research also showed that the creation of innovation ecosystems, now called innovation habitats, drive innovation in the territory. These sites, in addition to being areas of research and connection between the organizations of the territory and universities, are places where members of this ecosystem reside, buy, research, develop, produce and have fun, expanding contact with the community and amplifying the potential of integration. This project materializes with the creation of a nucleus of innovation and connection of the territory, which is responsible for building a clear, measurable and transparent common objective so that everyone can perceive the current situation and evolution of the territory through the monitoring of the plans of designed to generate a better quality of life |
