Resumo: The path of references to work in this study includes, initially, the texts by Freud Group Psychology and the Analysis of the Ego (1921) and Civilization and its Discontents (1930). Secondly, the references about the so called perverse setting will be used to discuss the instrumentalisation of the neurotic phantom in the tie which announces the miracle of having the father s supposed knowledge as a known fact. It allows this knowledge to be shared in the tie: a way out of the neurosis or the possibility of a complete suture. This setting would be an appropriation of the capitalist logic in the tie. Therefore, the theory of the four discourses by Lacan developed in the Seminar book 17, The Other Side of Psychoanalysis, will be taken as a tool developed by Lacan to deal with four formalizations of the social tie: the discourse of the master, the discourse of the hysteric, the discourse of the university and the discourse of the analyst. The presented path describes the first part of this study. In the second part, we propose to hold a discussion about our main question and objective: the discourse of the capitalist pointed by Lacan as a corruption of the discourse of the master that would painfully come to hold the hegemonic tie of our times. The aim of this study is to analyze the discourse of the capitalist as a fallacious tie with objects produced by techno-science, gadgets, in the current speech which were called latusas by Lacan. These objects would formalize the promise of a weak and impossible suture of the lack, promise of a complete happiness in the tie. The discourse of the capitalist would be an ill turn to the desiring subject, then. Hence, we ask: Could we think of a promise of a happiness covering up to the subject through object? The subject covered up by techno-science objects in the misleading of our times. Misleading in the sense of the discourse of the capitalist producing a (dis)course referring to the discontents inherent to the human in the tie by the trial of extinguishing the lack: violence in the elision of the ingrained hole of the desiring subject. That would be the instrumentalization of neurotic phantom in the tie trough the discourse of the capitalist. Thus, we ask: how does human survive in the now existing setting of me-more-all-always-the best-too much-even more ? These are the objectives this study aims to put in question
