Resumo: |
The methodological path was built from the bibliographical research, the life experiences of the former and new employees, and statements given by the new direction of Embraer, regarding the process of privatization of the company. In this process, added to the quantitative and qualitative surveys, the adopted line of research approached historical and sociological aspects, with the purpose of analyzing the impacts on the life of the workers involved in the experience. Through the interviews, we were able to identify and characterize the spatial changes that occurred during the period of the dismissals and hirings of employees by Embraer in the City of São José dos Campos SP, due to professional reasons, cost of property, access to infrastructure and services, security and quality of life |
