Resumo: Taking as reference the adolescence reading from the estimated ones of Social-Historic Psychology, the carried through research makes a compilation regarding actually conceptions of adolescence in great areas of knowledge that guide the formularization of public politics turned toward the adolescent. Beyond the compilation on conceptions of adolescence a revision on the Brazilian description of Public politics and legislative apparatuses directed toward the adolescent was made. It s about a qualitative inquiry that had as objective to apprehend the senses about adolescence involved in the speech of a professional who acts with adolescents in the art-education area. The analysis material consists of two interviews, being that the analysis of these was made through the construction of meaning cores, from which had been identified the implicit directions in each one of the subjects that had originated the construction of these. This procedure allowed a confrontation and nterrelation of the interviewed professional speech, with theories regarding the adolescence subject. In general way, it was evidenced that the directions attributed to the adolescence by this professional, chosen for the research, are marked by conceptions of naturalizing, pathologing and universitizing character more related to the previously established concepts, instead of the constructed by the professional practical
