This thesis is warranted by the need to review the legal nature of the liquidation of a judicial executive title, on account of the fact that, as from the introduction in our legal system of the so-called “synchretic process” it does not seem appropriate do repeat further historical lessons (and, incidentally, coherent with the moment at which they were defended) regarding this issue. In addition to its own legal nature, several other issues concerning the judicial executive title liquidation shall be appreciated
