Resumo: This study revisits Adorno from the perspective of the meaning of his thinking. The main reference is his book Minima moralia, a collection of 153 aphorisms written between 1944 and 1947. The philosophical relevance of this work presents the marked characteristic the fact that contrary to the euphoria. Therefore, Nietzsche is criticized as a rep of a message too confident with his concept of “gay science”. By contrast, Adorno bases his criticism since a “sad science”. To this end, Adorno breaks the dialectic of thought as potential human dimension of excellence, which distinguishes man from nature, man from God. The inescapable prerogative is that the human world must be built from the human sense, that is to say, since the conscience of the use of the reason. Thus, it is observed that pits the human instrumental reason and, therefore, it produces the inhuman. Breaking with the instrumental use of reason, Adorno seeks a production whose praxis is committed to the rational feasible of human development. Therefore, the intellectual work only matches for disappointment. Accordingly, certain sociology of working is necessarily questioned by Adorno. The human production have to be reassessed, as it shows itself capable of establishing a life deformed by means of a “false humanization” originated of administered thought. Adorno identifies the stupidity [Dummheit] as an experiment of intellectual inhibition, which leads to a semi-formal culture [Halbbildung], which is an extremely weak critical to the context of “false humanization”. Exploring the exclusionary character of modern subjectivity, the media machine for projecting false images always identical. The human production is involved in this essence adulterated [Unwesen].A model of production – brain work [Kopfarbeit] – that leaves this loop is the essay, which consciously fight against the Cartesian method of knowledge. The paradigm of redemption [Erlösung] presents itself to Adorno in an attempt to restore the dimension of conscious thought: the human being that does not destroy its meaning. For this reason, philosophy can overcome the utopian aspect, the negativity itself, with the argument of the urgency of conscious thought. The thesis advanced here is this: history is humanized through just one practice truly delicate counterpoint to the potential dialectical thinking.
