Resumo: This study means to approach a version about the digital mediation through a compreensation for the use of web chats by teenagers, identifying in your search for independence the use of this resource to build their relationships. Another subject treated here is how possible changes in their daily schedule supported by digital communication can affect their lifes. Based on theories which we can relate movements and concepts from adolescence and cyberculture elements, the research try to show applications for webchat tools in the informal use and also as a pedagogical resouce as a vision of the interviwed guests and throug a constructive analysis about it real possibilities for a natural mediatic use between school and students. The research field consists in a group of teenagers, university students and users of the same web chat daily in five years. The data collect was realized in an open half structuralized inteview and also based in the study of dialogs and coloquys extracted from the web chat by the own guests and anothers anonymous participants. In the conclusion of this research, there is a reflection about needs related with building a whole human and a new perception about the use of virtuality as a pedagogical and didactic resource.
