Resumo: | The present paper demonstrates how the need to give life and the human history a sense of meaning and purpose becomes relevant and updated in times marked by lack of hope and meaning. In the light of Bruno Forte`s theology, we start from the exodus, advent and discovery to show how in the “human journey” of the exodus, welcomed by the “divine coming” of the advent, an encounter within alterities fills up the human life and opens it to hope. In the encounter with the Other, Christian commitment with the present time is reassured, nourished by the eschatological hope that captures, in the Trinitarian Home, the horizon of meaning of the human journey. |
