Aprendizagem nas organizações: a relação entre líder gestor e colaboradores estratégicos

Resumo: | We have as goal to investigate learning elements on the formative process that occurs on the relation between an administrative leader and the strategic members of staff in organizations of business. Having the complexity theory as paradigm of understanding, we intend to discuss the learning on business organizations from the reference of Edgar Morin and Lev Vygostsky. The relevance of this investigation is on correlate these two authors in organizational studies and mainly to understand how occurs the relation of learning on the groups of administrative leaders and strategic members of staff. On section I, we develop in theoretical study the comprehension regarding organizations of business, the leadership and the groups, looking to them from the point of view of the paradigm of complexity. Also, we discuss the theory of the learning socio-interactional and the learning proposed by E. Morin. On section II, we develop an empirical research realized with nine people, being those three administrative leaders and six strategic members of staff. For the collection of data, were performed semi-structured interviews and focal groups which composed three groups, in relation with the company they belonged to. The analysis of data was realized by means of operators of complexity from E. Morin, as well as those from comprehension of learning from L. Vigotski. Two thematically operators have emerged from the information: 1) Relation of learning on the group (Administrative leader/strategic member of staff and strategic member of staff/administrative leader) and Organizational Culture; 2) Professional Development on the Context of Organization. We can notice, through these, that in the researched companies, although sometimes they don´t have formalized programs of development of their leaderships, their practical effectively fulfill this function.The learning strategies on the organizations researched designate the presence of a learning culture, on these organizational environments learning is a consequence of the relation, mediated by the work conditions and by the complexity of the administrative leaders and the leader’s employees. On these relations of learning, in strategic level on the organizations, was found the presence of operators of the complexity of Morin, as well as learning inter e intrasubjectve of Vigotski. Although we do not reach the end of this discussion, we consider the pertinence of the argument of these two authors for the studies on the learning that happen on the organizations. |
