This present work present discusses the interaction dynamic between management strategic people and systems environmental management. It is a qualitative research method in the single case study in depth. To both aimed to investigate how management strategies people interact with requirements present management system adopted environmental Petrobras care unit gas Monteiro Lobato. To therefore sought to identify and analyze elements like compromised high management empowerment, culture teamwork subsystems resources humans and their translations organizational practices. Observations were made, semi-structured in-depth with managers and archival research. Data analysis was performed by analyzing the content of the interviews and document analysis. The answer to the question of the dynamic interaction between the strategic management of people and environmental management system is perceived in alignment with the literature and the fragments of documents and interviews messages. Chemistry results confirmed alignment required between management strategic people and strategic management overall organizational. Realized that in own strategy organization are present aspects environmentally related but to pass a talk for effective management practices must be present elements contributing to effectiveness these practices. Those factors found in fragments analyzed: commitment and support high management; communication targets; environmental training; teamwork; rewards, empowerment, motivation and employee involvement and feedback. Believed that this research contributed to better understanding interaction dynamic between strategic management people and system environmental management development process unit investigated. However, because it is a case study, their analysis are limited to the reporting unit, and its results can not be generalized. Conversely they can assist understanding phenomena similar other units this institution and / or other organizations. |
