Resumo: |
This survey was developed in order to search for answers to the following questions: What do school managers and teachers think about students on parole and those who are former inmates of CASA Foundation? Why are these educators have afraid of their pupils in this condition? Why is it so difficult for these professionals to deal with this situation? Why are these school workers so bothered about this kind of learners being at school anyhow? Are they not specifically prepared for a special educative work? Special in what meaning? This work starts with the hypothesis that educators show prejudice imbibed from society itself, which causes school managers and teachers to reject the presence of students from CASA Foundation. The objective was to identify, through case analysis, what educators think about the above-mentioned students, and verify whether that thought affects how these docents act when it comes to those learners. Managers and teachers answered questionnaires, and the data analysis led to the conclusions shown in the final sections. These conclusions confirm the hypothesis from which this work started, and lead to considerations that are expected to serve as a source to other studies about this important aspect of S??o Paulo educational system. |
