The necessity of the increase of productivity on the part of the companies, keeping the flexible production and taking care of to the requirements imposed by the consumers, became basic question for the survival of these companies in a highly competitive scene, therefore they are obliged to search new technologies that allow the productivity increase, without exhibiting expenses that unbalance its budgets. One of these technologies says respect to the system of cellular manufacture that constitutes an efficient reply in the industry that if destines to the production of small e average lots. The first stage for the implementation of the cellular manufacture in the companies is the formation of manufacture cells that are the base for the integration of the company in the productive system of integrated manufacture. However, the problem of the formation of manufacture cells is, for times, difficult of being decided, in mainly small e average companies. Diverse they are the methods found in literature that allow a generation of the manufacture cells, but that nor always they are available to be used for the companies. Moreover, systems of raised cost become impracticable for the case of small the e average companies. Present work considers development of system that allows the formation of cells of manufacture based on the concepts of the Technology of Group, that functions in environment WEB, to take care of the companies whom they need this function; this system has also the purpose to serve of base for didactic ends. As characteristic, it presents easy access, easy manuscript and use of algorithms ROC and CIA in its construction. The system was tested and revealed of easy use and with compatible results with the necessities presented for small the e average companies and the academy. |
