Proposta de equipamento usando a tecnologia IoT como apoio para implementação da educação 4.0

Resumo: The industrial revolution has brought about an improvement in the training and qualification of professionals, making them capable of increasing the knowledge and skills necessary to be able to innovate and be productive. Innovation means having people capable of being creative, at the heart of what is called Education 4.0. Preparing students for the Industry 4.0 paradigm is important for their training, as the job market is increasingly demanding and seeks people with the ability to innovate. The search for the benefits of the technologies of this new paradigm to strengthen competitiveness in the global market becomes fundamental for organizations. In this context, this work aims to propose a device using IoT technology as a support for the implementation of education 4.0. The literature review was carried out on the Web Of Science digital database, resulting in the selection of 28 articles related to the researched topic. The selected articles were analyzed and categorized regarding the teaching of education 4.0 and that presented models that met the prerequisites for the implementation of education 4.0, resulting in 5 that served as support for the creation of the equipment proposed in this dissertation. In the second phase of this research, the variables of the five selected models were highlighted, which served as support for the construction of the proposed equipment. The workflow of the proposed IoT equipment based on the automation pyramid, the components and the communication with the software was also presented. The proposed IoT equipment was applied in a real case in a field research. Data were obtained in field research by applying the mixed study methodology/procedure, with paired test in IBM® SPSS® software, together with the use of the triangulation technique for data analysis by observation. The results proved that there is a positive relationship between IoT equipment and education 4.0, proving that IoT technology promotes greater engagement and can be applied as an effective support for classroom teaching.
