Resumo: |
The absence of planning and execution actions, based on project management techniques at certain stages of development, opens up space for discussion about which problems are generated in the routine of a project for the development of an innovative product. And yet, the uncertainty of what damage to the project this lack of techniques can cause, heightens the concern and encourages the search for a practical solution capable of being applied in the development of these projects. Based on this context, this research presents a framework for the management of pre-project phases applied in the Development of Innovative Products, with a view to their patenting. With this purpose, an exploratory, qualitative research was carried out, and with the use of interviews, with questions asked to project managers active in the development of innovative product projects. From this, a management framework was created, which seeks to formalize and transform into a professional process the management of the pre-project phases of an innovative product, with a view to its patenting. As a result, a matrix was generated, in which it was possible to describe and document the necessary points to conduct the pre-design phases of an innovative product in an organized way. In the end, the contribution of this research is the opportunity to offer a proposal for the implementation of the management of pre-project phases in the Innovative Product Development environment, with a view to its patenting, which would maximize the optimization of resources and focus on expected results and suitable for such projects. |
