Formação e gestão em saúde: percepção dos profissionais em saúde sobre seu processo de aprendizagem

Resumo: Health professionals develop, throughout their professional training, a scientific capacity in the way of working in health, however, it is necessary to establish managerial strategies to achieve comprehensive care, with this, educational institutions, they need to take responsibility for training health professionals, with technical skills, but also with skills of document dissemination, service production and organization of the sectors. Objective: To analyze the perception of health professionals about their learning process, regarding the practice of health management, with an emphasis on the scope of public health. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional epidemiological study with a convenience sample, through descriptive and quantitative analyzes, with the application of an online questionnaire, using a social and attitude scale (Likert 5 points), the study was carried out with professional’s health, higher education, in the areas of Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Dentistry of the State of São Paulo. Results: 270 professionals participated in the study, being 85 nurses, 85 physiotherapists, 30 dentists, 30 psychologists and 40 pharmacists, in the period from September 1 to October 30, it was analyzed that the nursing professionals had higher percentages regarding the positive affirmations of likert scale. We can conclude that there is still a need for change and reinforcement in educational models, especially for specific multiprofessional categories, since these professionals will be managers and may reflect negatively on the functioning of health services.
