Resumo: |
In the 2020s, the business environment is going through times of turbulence and competition and has undergone rapid technological changes in the most diverse sectors of the economy. According to the speed of innovation and the emergence of a huge amount of information, changes in market behavior and technological advances in different segments are challenging factors that will affect companies' market disputes. In this context, to achieve better results, personal and organizational development and skills become increasingly important. Promoting team competencies is an arduous task, which requires clear guidelines. In this sense, the Information Technology areas of organizations have been adopting agile practices, mainly of the Scrum agile method, in their software development teams, and have been committed to improving processes, making them more flexible and productive. For companies that seek competitive advantage through innovation, the generation of skills in the formation of their work teams has become a fundamental issue. This research aims to evaluate and characterize the constituent elements of team competence that influence the outcome of software development projects, which use agile methods and their practices. For this purpose, the Systematic Literature Review methods were used, which provided the basis for the research question, and for field research, the Delphi Method was used. As a research instrument, a questionnaire was used to analyze the dimensions of the competences with the support of the content analysis technique applied to specialists in agile methods. As a result, an evaluation of competences was obtained, that is, of the binomial performance and processes in software projects in the context of organizations that use the project management practices proposed by agile methods. In addition, the Skills Grid is a tool for classifying teams and thus allows the development of management contingencies. |
