The relentless pursuit of competitiveness and excellence in production processes has caused great changes in relationships within the supply chain. Spreading the concept of partnership in all layers of production, integrating customers, suppliers and logistics providers with the aim of sharing experiences and solutions to meet the end customer. This academic research is to evaluate the relationship between customer and supplier of tools from companies using machining processes. To achieve this goal, we used literature searches, technical visits and a survey type survey, with the application of a questionnaire given to a sample of customers and suppliers of machining tools, with coverage in the State of Sao Paulo. Therefore was evaluated the relationship between consumer companies and their suppliers of machining tools, mapping, and pinpoints ways current relationship in this sector, regarding the quality of service. |
