Resumo: |
This research presents a study on the history of the Baptist Theological College of São Paulo in two time periods, 1957 to 1972 and from 1999 to 2010. The field of historical research of the history of educational institutions is used as reference with a penchant for the teacher's formation. The Teacher's formation in their respective time periods, is presented as 'lenses', seeking to know the trajectories of formative teachers to elucidate through these the institutional identity. The research history in educational institutions is advocated by several authors who accept their contribution to the field of education, believing that a reflection on the inside of the school and its actors brings significant contributions in the understanding of the educational phenomena. Theology institutions included in the universe of education, likewise are manifestations of formative processes, faculty and students. The research in History of institutions in theology has hardly been used as an object of study, as confers the survey of the state of the art. The bachelor's degree programs in theology, was formerly limited to the free format of course, however, it became formalized from the edict CES 241/99. Until 1999, master degree was not required for the exercise of teaching in these courses. Today, teachers seek titration in courses that are recognized by the government. Documents of various types, interviews and iconographic materials were used as source of this research. |
