Resumo: This work searchs to deepen the study on the communication in the porting organizations in Brazil, extending our contribution for the socialization of referring information to the organizations, instruments and professionals. The study object is the 49 situated porting organizations in the state of São Paulo and recognized for the Ministry of the Sport. The adopted methodology was of descriptive study, from the comment participant, documentary and bibliographical. The quantitative research and the analysis of content of the sites of the organizations integrate the study and a porting and legislative historical rescue, in the period that understands the end of century XVII until the beginning of century XXI. The study it approaches the formation of the professional who commands the communication and the used instruments of communication. It has as objective specific to contribute to surpass a gap in the Brazilian history of the porting organizations; to know how many and which are the porting organizations in Brazil and which they are the recognized modalities officially for the Ministry of the Sport; to inquire how many porting organizations keep professionals of communication or proper or contracted departments of communication; to investigate which is the professional formation of the responsible person for the communication in the porting organizations and to inquire which they are the instruments of communication used by the organizations. It is concluded that it has an unexplored field of market of work for the communication professionals, just-formed or not, in the porting organizations, and are offered to a model of planning and a picture of frequently usable instruments of communication.(AU)
