Resumo: |
The discussion of teacher training has always been a challenge especially when it comes to the ways and wanderings about the daily practices and more, today with the inclusion of technology within the classroom. The research investigated the use f the technology encourages teacher-student interaction and if it becomes a facilitator in the pursuit of new knowledge contributing to the change in daily practice. To develop such discussions do a review of literature and legislation on teacher training in the Brazilian context, and on teacher training and technology. Elaborate analysis of the actions of the Federal Government, focusing on the context of the State of São Paulo for being the focus of our investigation. For the research field we have the cooperation of teachers of Basic Education II and high schools and the heads of State Pedagogical Workshops of Boards of Education of the cities of Santo Andre and Maua for the application of a questionnaire and conducting depth interviews. We found efforts to implement projects developed by the network state bump in the bureaucracy and the discontinuity caused by the change of administration where prioritize their personal interests. In contrast, we find the trainers in the Boards of Education, which must meet all administrative and political issues, and at the same time, realizing the ongoing training of teachers solving problems that are often far from their potential and we note that the use technology in teaching, is not expected, that is, these teachers are not teaching computer use, but use increased systematically, but bring it to the classroom is still a challenge and reflect the way of acting and thinking of the teachers involved in this research. |
