The mail object of this study is to identify and to analyze what is the impact of the information technology (TI) on the people satisfaction in one public company. This study intends about the way to concentrates in the investigation, with a case study of a public company of ambient sanitation in Grande ABC at Sao Paulo, the Semasa, with the pretends of evaluation the changes in the operation routines of many departments and the impact caused by the Ti in the satisfaction of involved people. On the basis of to the literature about this job and society in the globalization area and public company, were analyzed in the begging the motions that can contribute to people look for enter in public carrier. This study it verified the importance of the adoption of tools of technology in the evaluation process in the rendering of services. It also verified, that to stimulate the workers through your new TI resources, can be good, in the same time, can be beneficial conditional to acquisition new works capacities with the new knowledge. The gotten results had pointed with respect to a significant increase in the satisfaction of the involved people these stimulates to be in continue knowledge, through the realization of new training and curses about technology.(AU) |
