In last years the world competition significantly increased, putting more pressure by flexibility in production and management. That caused to change of the vertical bureaucratic structures for the horizontal company, modifying the previous paradigm, of that, the competition gave between business units. The traditional bureaucratic model of organization has shown exhausted, in this way the networks formation has enabled more flexible new organizational models. The operations strategy, historically focused in business units, became an emergent field for a new analysis of the practices and existing models. As value creation and delivering are indispensable for the networks survival, it is supposed that the costumer perceived value should be connected to the business network project. This thesis propose to categorize the concurrent networks in which firms are include and present a methodological approach of investigation between the business network project and the customer perceived value. With this purpose is conducted an exploratory and qualitative study of the simultaneous nets inside the operations strategy field. The conclusions suggest that the researched business network project reflects the customer value perception. |
