After that there is an analysis of its body of teachers taking into account relevant aspects as: number of teachers, their movement (admission/retirement) and distribution in regards to the time they'd been working for the school, district they live, academic background and shift of working. The last chapter contains the categories formulated - 'Others' and 'Selves' - according to the teachers' light to interfere and determine the way of the educational process. The outline of each one of the categories was elaborated using the 48 interviews granted. They are organized by topics which showed to be important during the development of the analysis: impression (opinion), teacher, behaviour, pupil/meeting, direction, education. The conclusion brings into a system the study of facts which was delineated along of the essay: the predominance of 'Others' over 'Selves' results in a school where all the consequence resolutions are delegated to the legal authorities. |
