Resumo: This study intends to analyze: what is the impact caused by globalization and fourth industrial revolution in periphery countries and, specially, in realities like Brazilian? To answer the research problem, it was used the dialectical method and bibliographic research. In the first chapter, it was analyzed the nation state`s figure: its formation, its elements and its imposition beyond Europe with colonization`s process. In the second chapter, it was analyzed globalization. Considering the many ways the term is used, in the first topic of this chapter, it was given a own conceptualization to the phenomenon. After, it was exposed the Marxist dependency`s theory version, the globalization`s dependence for classics constitutes elements of national state, showing the of state sovereignty by transnational capitalism, the relaxation of “territory” and the impact on “people”. In the third chapter, it was introduced the theme of fourth industrial revolution, elucidating the innovations of this new technology era, that involves, despite others, economy on demand, sharing economy and human cloud of service providers. At the end, it was problematized if is the fourth industrial a real revolution. Finally, the fourth chapter, named “the impact of fourth industrial revolution to periphery countries and to realities like Brazilian”, returned on dependency theory to represent the marginal paper the periphery countries usually has at fourth industrial revolution scenario. Yet, it was given a prognostic to Work’s world, concluding the study with a topic named as “more technology developing to reduce the marginal position of periphery countries? How infinity progress subverts reality
