Resumo: | Globalisation is a process that comes from a capitalism started almost in centuries XV and XVI, and sustained by neoliberalism, a return of classic liberalism, which advocated a non participation of the State in the economy, to aim to leave the society to self organize. However, despite the principles adopted on liberalism, neoliberalism has understood that state participation in the economy should occur, but in a indirect form. This process changed the relationship between nation-states, as well as caused changes on the industry and services sector in contemporary society, providing an extraordinary technological race, in order of economic power, called automation. In this sense, given the intense technological innovations, which brought with it a highly competitive market, highly consumerist, where human work is being replaced by machines, comes a worrying question about what the will be future of work as a fundamental right. |
