Resumo: | It to analyze the political structure created by the plurinational Bolivia and Ecuador broke with the Modern State. The Constitutions promulgated by the two countries brought significant innovations related to fundamental rights. In addition, due to the use of the Andean philosophy - establishing a distinctive vision that marked modernity - as the foundation of some important provisions of these constitutional texts, there are questions about rules according to anthropocentric view, do not represent fundamental rights. Given these facts, analyzes first, what factors are involved in a political break. modern state characteristics are examined and the changes that he suffered but did not change its essence. It makes a comparative and comprehensive study of the two multi-national Constitutions, highlighting the aspects that bring news regarding other contemporary constitutions.
