In our times, at the height of the discussions on the maximization of state punitive power, due to the high levels of violence recorded, what is perceived is the outburst of hatred and the need of society feel vindicated, even if it breaks the model of State that seeks to guarantee fundamental rights. Thus, this paper will discuss the need for criminal spectacle of police operations at the time of execution of preventive arrests of criminal procedural nature and outcrop of the criminal law of the enemy during the public exhibition of people who are acting suspicious of the commission of a crime.
