Resumo: This research addresses the low conversion of Course Conclusion Papers (TCC) with relevance in the field of business management developed in higher Administration courses, in practical solutions for private companies in Brazil, to the detriment of the amount of research produced. The general objective intends to research the market view of business management on the applicability of Course Conclusion Papers (TCC) in Administration, and to investigate the reason for the low conversion of this research into business projects. It deals specifically with the reason why companies prefer to invest in projects of co-innovation companies (incubators and accelerators) show little interest in converting TCC work into practical projects for the company, so that they produce systems that have not yet been developed. exist and or modify existing situations in order to generate real solutions for the market. The profusion of research in administration and the possible limitations of knowledge construction in terms of applicability will be discussed. An empirical research will be carried out on the scientific production of TCC developed at ESPM in order to match the urgency of research in the business environment, according to analysis by Business Executives, to validate the interest in such productions through a structured questionnaire. Equitively, the activity of co-innovation companies (incubators and accelerators) that operates with an open innovation model for business solutions is analyzed in order to assess the criteria for selecting startups and the composition of the members selected for the development of the projects, and above all understand the number of projects that, in fact, become practical business solutions. The research methodology will comprise semi-structured interviews with employees of these incubators and accelerators, as well as with the CEOs of some startups selected for the development of projects. Based on these observations and data analysis, we look forward to the indication of a pedagogical project based on the methodological process of Design Science Research, in order to establish itself as a connection between the theoretical rigor necessary for the study plus the development aimed at solutions practices, in line with the need for innovation demanded by the markets. With this research one can reach some conclusions as little interest of the startups model companies in scientific research; Executives' interest in strengthening the partnership between company and university, however with a focus on processes adjustment, given the report of some companies that already develop such partnership and pointed out the main difficulties
