Resumo: | This dissertation aims to analyze the formation of strategic, checking mechanisms used by strategists for the completion of thinking and acting, in the act of formulating their strategies and their relationship to social interactions and integrations in time and space. It is a narrative about an interorganizational network of small and medium hotels in the city of Foz do Iguacu, called 'Unihotéis', initially formed by fifteen hotels. To obtain information, we used the method of research and primary interviews, data collection was elaborated a semi-structured. The relationship of interaction between network participants reveal mutual influences commitment to larger or smaller. The research showed that the hotels have on knowledge of mechanisms for managing the means of hosting. It is concluded that there was a change in the quality hotel in Foz do Iguaçu, from the solutions presented by the hotels to the market through the Unihotéis, improving competitiveness and enabling the survival of organizations. |
