Resumo: The present work aims to explore the benefits of individual and collective indicators of students entering a State Technical School (Etec), high school course with Professional Qualification of Technician in Administration. With the proposal of using the assessment focused on decision-making in establishing the CIPP Evaluation Model (STUFFLEBEAM et al,1971) aggregated the 8 stages of the Data Wise model (BOUDETT; City, D.A. MURNANE, 2005) which consists of the direction of how the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) (DUFOUR; EAKER, 1998) should work on this process. From the triangulation of the models and the information collected in the dress and take advantage of the results produced by the selection processes for freshmen (Vestibulinho) so that it can contribute to the improvement of training processes and pedagogical practices. The specific objectives aim to describe the main characteristics of the selection process with a focus on diagnostic evaluations with a view to the processes of improvement of pedagogical management planning. Thus, establish a new form of diagnostic evaluation based on the classification and selective evaluation. Besides, it consists of correlating the skills and previous skills in mathematics of the students entering the high school course with Professional Qualification of Technical in Administration. As well as, to equip teachers to plan their actions around the educational indicators of mathematics performance at SARESP. Finally, to structure basic premises that enable the evaluation and monitoring of students, as well as the improvement of pedagogical work in technical schools through the PLCs. From the answers collected in the enrolled students' clothing, seven categories were assigned: three of which were analyzed for the performance of mathematics at levels: Insufficient and advanced; and four categories related to socioeconomic issues. The proposed methodology, initially based on documentary analysis and quantitative-qualitative approach of the indicators of the Entrance exam (vestibulinho) and the different demands for monitoring, in a proposition of integral and permanent training of the students involved in the research. After adopting such procedures, we intend to systematize, through the software: Access, Excel, and Power BI. Thus, compare the individual and collective performance of the incoming students. The main results imply the effectiveness of the conception and participation of the Professional Learning Community by complementing the work of teachers. Acting as an essential point for the implementation of the institutional intervention project, focusing on the improvement of training processes and pedagogical practices.
