Resumo: | This work has as objective to discuss and analyze the politics of teacher´s education, instituted in the 1990 decade. The Law of Guidelines and Basis n.º 9.394, from December 20th, 1996, was considered the main legislation of this process and represented a reorganization of Education in all levels, as predicted in Constitution. To reach the proposed objective it was adopted a qualitative approach and was used documental analysis, such as laws, resolutions, guidelines in the federal level. In the Graduation, when it refers to teacher´s education, one of the changes was the institution of a new curricular model: the curricular guidelines. The changes intended by this model were general, continuous education and flexibilization. It´s perceptive the State´s role in the regulation of the processes and the conception of a curriculum as a prescription that attends the interests of the market and not the teacher´s education needs. |
