Resumo: | The present dissertation objective present arguments about the importance of bio pesticides used by fumigation in crops, directing if when using bio-insecticide spinosad to control Helicoverpa armigera. The first chapter presents literature review about bio-insecticide spinosad in order to provide basic rationale about this bio pesticide. In the second chapter are presented two bioassays conducted without order to evaluate the efficiency to bio-insecticide spinosad in the form of capsules when applied by spraying suspension at a dose of 48 g ai/ha for Helicoverpa armigera control. The bioassays conducted in three groups’ caterpillars called EC when sprayed with the bio pesticide in the form of emulsifiable concentrate, SC when sprayed with the bio pesticide as capsules and suspension, CN or control when sprayed only with deionized water. As caterpillars had in first instar, life and statistical results of bioassays showed an efficiency of 92.59 % and 88.89 % in the form of emulsifiable concentrated and 88.89 % and 87.04 % for capsules suspension formulation, respectively in the first and second bioassay. Founded tanatose insects treaties with the bio-insecticide in the form of emulsifiable concentrate throughout the experimental period and absence of tanatose in groups treated suspension capsules and control group. Taking themselves in account the importance to integrated pest management, rational insecticides targeting smaller environmental damage and toxicity to applicators concluded that the bio-insecticide spinosad at a dose of 48 g ai/ha in capsule form suspension is efficient no Helicoverpa armigera control and no induces as caterpillars one tanatose . |
