Protocolo de Kyoto: a criação de empreendimentos a partir do “projeto reflorestamento da Mata Atlântica” (SPVS)

Resumo: The entrepreneurship has been conquering a more significant importance in the modern academic and managerial middle, because, analyzing of the practical point of view, it is covered of the capacity to provoke constant innovations in the administration of these companies. Analyzing theoretically, several researchers have been demonstrating great interest for the theme, developing works in different areas of the entrepreneurship. The present work seeks to analyze as it happened the process of creation of new enterprises related for sale of credit of carbon, appeared starting from the Project of Reforestation of the Atlantic forest, driven by S.P.V.S., the current modifications of this process and the barriers of entrances for new competitors. For this it is investigated as it happened the enterprising process, based on Filion (1999), and the construction of the base of resources, based on Brush, Greene and Hart (2002). Interviews semi-structured with managers of the area were accomplished, representatives of SPVS, the local community's representatives and of the government. It was ended that the participation of SPVS it was primary to aid the construction of the base of resources and expert the managerial processes, because the model found previously in the area was completely extractives and without any environmental concern.
