Based on theoretical references that deal with the intersection of the fields of education and educommunication, this research aims to weave a reflection on teacher education and performance based on the experience of an educommunicator. Therefore, it makes use of reflective memorial writing in order to problematize new challenges in education, due to the new times that are thriving in legislation and trends. Understanding, therefore, the writing of oneself as an instrument of production and circulation of knowledge, the following work stage was covered: bibliographical research concerning the areas of interest; reflective memorial on Educommunication practices; intersections between communication and education. At the end, a formative proposal for educommunication is presented.
