This search has the main aim to evaluate how the interaction among the company, university and government contribute to technological learn of the productive arrangement of china of Campo Largo-PR. The used methodology was a descriptive-qualitative search applied on case. The search reviewed and argued the concept of the theory neoschumpeteriana of the innovation, the second revolution academy, the triple helix model, national systems of innovation, sectorial systems of the innovation, local productive arrangement, processor and mechanism of learn. The dynamics in innovation is dependent on technological learn, demanding interaction among the agents to create, to reproduce and to return to create the processes. The positive dynamics outside may be made through the formation of net considering its surround such as government and the universities. The analytical variable are based on triple helix model, to identify the interaction among the agents and the creating of technological learned on APL. The result of the research was the most companies predominate the culture management of the familiar company, individual work, value and culture which are passed from descended to descended. There is a distance among the companies and other agents, the searches and agreement were motivated through teachers and students. The geographic distance and the short agreement in the projects also are showed as obstruction. The cause of the success are the building of a technological center of the ceramics and the participation in a FINEP announcement, with the grant of all the agents
