Resumo: This study searched to analyze the process of accompaniment of pupils taken care of for the Politics of Assistência Estudantil (PAE), in the perception of members of the sociopedagógica team of a campus located in the Region Metropolitan of Sorocaba, around the following norteadoras questions: which are the perceptions of the professionals on the process of accompaniment of the pupils in situation of vulnerability in the scope of the Politics of Assistência Estudantil (PAE)? Which are the procedures used for them in this accompaniment? Which are the possible uses of this accompaniment as for the planning of the social and pedagogical actions of the PAE? It was broken of the estimated one that the process of accompaniment carried through during the execution of the actions is the moment more adjusted to perceive the demands presented for the pupils, as well as possible redefinitions in the implementation of the Politics of Estudantil Assistance in such a way in the studied campus, as in the IFSP. The referenciais that anchor the study had been based on: Sposati et al. (2014), Pereira (2011), Seabra (2009), Antunes (2018), Manfredi (2002), Castel (2011), Franco (2005) and institucional documents as the Report of the Politics of Estudantil Assistance in the years of 2013, 2014 and 2015. In the metodológico passage it was become fullfilled, initially, a revision of studies already on the subject, a documentary quarrel of the legal and normative target that regulates the PAE in the national scope and the state of São Paulo. In the field research the use of interview with semistructuralized script and analysis of content was appealed to it.
