Resumo: | The objective was to study the curriculum offered in the inpatient units of the CASA Foundation to students in detention for committing an infraction. The student who is under detention procedure should be prepared for the social integration and to provide continuity in their school, after their out of the foundation. The research problem was to determine whether the curriculum offered to students attending the demand of preparing the young for social reintegration. Our hypothesis is that the curriculum offered to adolescents by State Schools does not address issues that were focused on building values and attitudes that assist in the integral formation of the adolescent, in order to contribute to their socialization. The study object was the curriculum offered in inpatient units of the Foundation House. The survey was developed through a qualitative approach, the phenomenological nature. Aspects related to the work of students and teachers were observed in field research. Theoretical frameworks used were: FREIRE (1991, 1986, 1982); LAUAND (2002), SILVA (2006, 2003, 1999, 1996); SARTI (2004), among others. The survey indicated that education, as public policy is offered so that the state can meet the willing in the laws, through projects designed for this purpose there is, however, returned to work for human values. Teenagers do not feel emotionally tied to teachers so they can construct knowledge together to resume his life plan. The lack of projects may lead the teenager to continue his previous life |
