Resumo: This work accomplished your initial purpose that contemplates the debate enlargement concerning the ideological matter in the capitalist economy organizations. The undertaken here effort it concentrates in explore as the managerial discursive practices conduct the system capitalist production ideology inside the workers' organization symbolic universe CMRPR. We start from the assumption that discursive managerial practices use a systematically distorted language, therefore, instrumentally rationalized. This measure allows the convincing of involved individuals in the productive processes in a way they assume organizational assumptions, more specifically those exclusively directed to the organization’s economic interests. As theoretical base for support to studies the study of descriptive nature case build our debate from the integration of elements of capitalist mode of production ideology, organizational discursive practices, organizational culture, the symbolic sharing and spectacularization in organizations, besides considerations referring to managerial conduct and communicative distortion. The content analysis technique enabled the speeches unfolding and interpretation conducting us the conclusions where stress that the ways and forms used in the investigated organization (symbolic sharing, spectacularization and communicative distortion) represent a new configuration of modern managerial practice which acts more effectively on worker’s psychic dimension.
