The present work proposes to conduct an analysis of language constructs two novels: Grande Sertão: Veredas, Guimarães Rosa and Cinquenta Anos Depois, psychographic mediumship work by medium Chico Xavier mining , dictated by the spirit Emmanuel . The proposal includes the study of thematic intertextuality between the two works, because there is the presence of several similar narrative elements that give us support for an intertextual analysis of the construction of female identity Diadorim and Celia. Concomitantly, the study includes reflections on Bakhtinian dialogism to analyze passages from two novels cited with the assumptions of the Spiritist Doctrine decoded by Alan Kardec. Linguistic and discursive fields of literary and religious elements are present as support for language study. Used for this study, concepts from Bakhtin, Marcuschi and Koch. This approach was articulated with the principles of Textual Linguistics in order to analyze the architectural structures of the works and get a better understanding of the texts. Also are sources of support for this research the following books that form the basis of Kardecista Doctrine: O evangelho segundo o espiritismo and Livro dos espíritos. By choosing the analysis of a work psychographed did a question on the complexity of authorship. It was necessary that recourse to the theories of Bakhtin and his circle time to discuss about the concept of copyright. The results of this study point to the existence of intertextuality between these novels and interdiscursivity with the Doctrine. During our research, it was possible to prove that Guimarães Rosa had in his library, copies of Alan Kardec and psychics novels by Chico Xavier thus assume that Guimarães Rosa was Chico Xavier reader, it should be noted that Cinquenta Anos Depois was previously published the Grande Sertão: Veredas.
