The main objective of this dissertation is the study of the application of the rates provided for in the Work Accident Insurance, as a way of not only contributing to the cost of labor social security, but also guarantee, encourage and increase the hygiene inserted in the work environment. In order to do so, the study begins by outlining the concept of the working environment, in accordance with the labor doctrine, social security, homeland norms and international outlines, its evolution history, the characteristics that determine its equilibrium and the definition of environmental pollution at work. It also stresses the negative effects of environmental pollution on labor and social security benefits, as well as the accidental benefits aimed at eliminating social risk to the injured insured and his family. Continuous, the dissertation turns in the study the accident liability of the employer, presenting its conceptual construction and other institutes related to the labor accident and Social Security Justice. Lastly, the study presents the Work Accident Insurance in our country order, determined by percentiles in three single rates, which present a simple variation before implementation of the Accident Prevention Factor, comparing it with the Italian comparative law, before the unison understanding of the European Union of the good results presented by the accidental employment system employed in Italy and the decrease in the occurrence of accidents at work and their costing collection capacity.
