Resumo: This work served its initial purpose for the discussion on the elements of the representational content of happiness for bank employees based on the social representations up ported by authors such as Moscovici (2003) and Spink (2003) FIB from Andrew (2008) and dilemmas in contemporary work Grisci (2006, 2011), and Grisci and Weber (2011) and Oltramari (2010) subjectivity Faria (2010) corroborates the science of administration, and especially to the area of people management, this area is an integral part administration. The study promotes reflection in order to understand the elements that allow bank able to continue working despite the ills of the banking work. Considering also the assumptions of research, such as the dilemma in contemporary work which exclude individuals from further explanation of human existence, happiness, this was the largest drive for this study. The use of assumption shelped to understand the representational content of happiness to the bankers, the analysis of the content found possible to understand with clarity the crystallization of the reality experienced by bank employees, leading us to conclusions about joining institutionally imposed plan and organizational on the reinterpretation of the dilemmas in contemporary work.
