Resumo: His study aims to understand the aesthetic dimension of pedagogical practice in the Course of Accounting Sciences, considering the aesthetic experience, coming from the autobiographical narrative, as a possibility of decision making in the teaching environment and development of the autonomy and emancipation of the involved subjects. And, for specific objectives: to map studies that deal with Aesthetic Education, from autobiographical narratives as a way to the formative process of teaching, from the aesthetic dimension of teaching in Higher Education, development of autonomy and emancipation of the subject through aesthetic experience; to work the moments of the device "Patchwork Quilt" (Berkenbrock-Rosito), to present an analysis of the narrative focus with the teaching profession in the accounting area; and to analyze questions about the aesthetic formation of the teacher - manager of the classroom of the Course of Accounting Sciences of a Higher Education Institution of the Federal District. This study is justified by the need to reflect on the aesthetic formation of the teacher, perceived as a gap, both in practice and in academic research. For that, we will approach concepts such as autobiographical narratives dealt with by Josso (2007), Eckert-Hoff (2008); teacher training in the conception of André (2016) and Freire (2002); Pedagogical Triangle for Houssaye (1988); Aesthetic Education in Schiller (2017), autonomy and cultural industry designed by Adorno (2002). The methodology consists of the bibliographical review of the theme and the application of the "Patchwork Quilt" for the participants. For the analysis of data, the thematic analysis will be carried out from Jovchelovitch and Bauer (2002) perspective, in which a codification frame is constructed, a gradual procedure of reduction of the qualitative text, in which the text units are progressively reduced, constituting itself in a series of paraphrases, until one is able to extract the key words. The interpretation will be in the light of the philosophical Hermeneutics proposed by Gadamer (2007). This study contributed to the improvement in the understanding of the importance of aesthetic training in the Course of Accounting Sciences, through the teachers' narrative as a reflection possibility of the pedagogical practice and offer subsidies to the teacher as a classroom manager.
