Resumo: |
From observing the naked female bodies presented in fashion shoots, and realizing the body not as something natural, but as something that is the product of culture, not questioning the body of fashion and not the fashion of the body rises hypotheses about the body as a symbol of the contemporary. Using as a conceptual base the notion of Maffesoli saturation for explanation of body modification and analysis of images phenomenology and semiotics theory Peirce. To the concept of contemporary, addressed the concept of modern and postmodern, as well as the comrades of time. Fashion as prosthesis is considered as a social function that assists in changing body shapes. Ending with a semiotic analysis, describing the first three layers of information, namely: the first linked the photo characteristics, the second relating photo information with itself (cause and effect) and the third relating to the context, demonstrating the hypotheses about the body as a symbol of the contemporary. |
